Chase Luker of the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission will offer a free decoy carving workshop at 11:00AM on December 7, 2019 at Mattamuskeet National Wildlife Refuge. To register, email Chase at <chase.luker@ncwildlife.org>.
Parking: There will be no workshop parking at the refuge. Park at Mattamuskeet School and a shuttle will deliver you to the refuge. Board the shuttle not later than 10:30AM.
